Rationel have developed several product ranges in bespoke aluminium and timber which minimises the need for maintenance. The constructions consist of an all timber sash and frame with external aluminium cladding offering protection against the weather. This means that you do not have to paint the exterior of your windows or doors during the life of the products.
The design of FORMAPLUS is slim and traditional, available in a range of country-style designs with various configurations of glazing bars. The slim design also allows maximum natural light into the home.
Made from timber, with external aluminium cladding, Rationel FORMAPLUS offers all the benefits of natural wood on the inside and easy maintenance on the outside. The range is available with security ironmongery as standard, and are suitable for Passiv Haus buildings.
The Aura+ double & triple glazed range is slim and elegant and creates a stylish overall architectural expression, whether you are building a new house or refurbishing an old one.
The slim design ensures the maximum contribution of light into the house and therefore contributes up to +31 kWh/m2 annually. This means significantly reduced heating bills as well as significant carbon dioxide savings. In addition, draughts are minimised and cold air prevented from falling to ensure a more comfortable and healthier indoor climate.
